A traveling wizard in the software that runs complex manufacturing systems. What gets you up in the morning is working with clients to solve complex problems and help their companies do more. You’ve got the serious analytical skills needed for the job, plus the gift of communicating with crystal clarity with customers, developers, testers and other team members. You’re also comfortable with working on a global manufacturing scale.
• Create detailed conceptual designs of MES Global template
• Guide developers and testers as part of an agile scrum process
• Solve problems and work through complex situations
• Keep current software solutions up and running while also looking for ways to improve them
Here’s what you need:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering or a related technical degree
At least 3 years experience to configure and deploy MES software applications and systems
At least 3 years experience as a developer on MES Systems including Solumina, GE Proficy, Camstar, Apriso or Werum
You know everything there is to know about ISA 95 Architecture and MES modules
You can work in a large team with people doing many different things
You can work directly with customers
Your analytics skills are well honed
People never misunderstand you
You really want to work on projects carried out by teams spread around the world
