Your Role

As a Technology Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering SAP HCM design and implementing and deploying SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.

  • Maintaining skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

  • Designing, implementing, and deploying SucessFactors human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting, and workforce deployment, design and configures HR processes.

  • Deconstructing key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
  • Delivering advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery)
  • Helping create innovative and differentiated SAP solutions that will help the group stay relevant and “in the new” in our marketplace
  • Assisting  in growing market share by leveraging relationships and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting or client facing roles
  • Minimum of 3 years’ of experience with SAP HCM
  • Provisioning ID and experience in provisioning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other SuccessFactors Modules
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
