Client facing role expected to develop functional expertise and participate in various aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for the application delivery and maintenance of multiple systems. Work directly with clients to gather, refine and prioritize requirements and act as the liaison between business and development teams to architect solutions and build a mutual understanding between critical processes, applications, and technical requirements.  Support post-deployment efforts through change management activities including communications and training.
Basic Qualifications:


  • B.S Degree or an additional 2 years’ experience.
  • 2 years working in a professional environment to include one of the following
    • Requirements gathering and analysis
    • Business process re-engineering
    • Functional design
    • Test execution
    • Communications strategy
    • Project management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Wireframing (Axure)
  • Video creation (Powtoon, VideoScribe, Camtasia, Biteable, other tools)
  • Data analytics  (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Agile methodology


An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
