Perform project lifecycle functions in PeopleSoft HCM, which includes: analysis, planning, design, test and deployment.  Activities will include but not limited to; schedule creation, stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, wireframes development, design document creation, demonstrations to stakeholders, application configuration, test planning, test creation/execution, defect reporting /tracking, deployment/training, and post deployment operations and maintenance of deployed functions.  Resource may be asked to develop skills in a specific functional area and its corresponding application within PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years additional experience.
  • 1 year working in a professional environment working with SDLC
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, preferably PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
  • Practical experience with Federal Government systems implementations
  • Experience performing fit/gap analysis, requirements gathering, test planning and test execution
  • Experience with automated software testing tools
  • Becoming a Federal HR SME
  • Pega and Salesforce experience
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
