Client facing role expected to develop functional expertise and participate in various aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for the application delivery and maintenance of multiple systems. Work directly with clients to gather, refine and prioritize requirements and act as the liaison between business and development teams to architect solutions and build a mutual understanding between critical processes, applications, and technical requirements.  Support post-deployment efforts through change management activities including communications and training.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years additional experience.
  • 2 years working in a professional environment working with SDLC
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Practical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, preferably PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
  • Practical experience with Federal Government systems implementations
  • Experience performing fit/gap analysis, requirements gathering, test planning and test execution
  • Experience with automated software testing tools
  • Becoming a Federal HR SME
  • Pega or Salesforce experience
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
