A Talent & Learning Manager within Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice will work on and lead a wide variety of types of projects.  These may range from working on Agile Organization programs by leading training teams as part of larger integrated organizational change teams, to driving on learning transformation as part of Future Workforce programs or leading more targeted learning transformation programs.  A Talent & Learning Manager has the following responsibilities:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of talent and learning solutions
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in three or more of the following areas: Talent Strategy, Operating Model & Job Design, Capability/Talent Assessment, Curriculum Strategy & Design, Training Needs Assessment & Training Deployment, Rapid Workforce Reskilling, Instructional Design, Learning Analytics / Training ROI Analysis, or Learning Management Systems & Digital Learning Tools/Platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
 
Professional Qualifications
 
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of innovative work styles such as Design Thinking or similar methods for driving creative thought
  • Large-scale and/or global transformation experience
  • Clear and compelling communicator
  • Excellent leadership, management, planning, and organization skills
  • Experience managing a thriving virtual team
  • Understanding of and/or have experience with driving innovation in various working environments
  • Understanding of industry/workforce trends and drivers for Communications and High-Tech clients
