As a Senior Manager in our Intelligent Platform Advisory Salesforce practice, you'll often solve key technology strategy challenges of clients by enabling Sales, Commercial Trade Promotion Management, Marketing Customer Service transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a to be enterprise environment enabled via Salesforce platform. Overseeing the technology design and implementation of Sales, Commercial, Marketing Customer Service solutions developed on Salesforce.com

 

As a Salesforce.com Technology Senior Consulting Manager, you’ll often be:

  • Orchestrating assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities in the current state of our clients and how these can be addressed through Salesforce.com cloud offerings Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Einstein Analytics
  • Managing business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients while working at client programs
  • Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
  • Developing, utilizing and sharing your growing skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance
  • Leading in the design and implementation of seamless and enriched end to end customer service experiences
  • Designing and implementing customer loyalty retention programs, smart service and marketing traffic generation
  • Engaging with and helping to shape the agenda of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer

 

 

 

 

 


 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Willing to meet travel requirements of up to 75% 
  • Minimum 6 years of functional Salesforce experience
  • Minimum 8 years of Sales Services, Business Process, or Business Consulting 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Scoping and delivering innovative, transformation services
  • 3 Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Implementations
  • 2 Lightning Implementations
  • Preferred Marketing Cloud experience
  • 2 SFDC Certifications
  • Experience within one or more of the consumer products, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods and Services, and Retail Industries
  • Application of Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems  
  • Experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project lifecycle  
  • Passion for technology trends e.g. Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud Integration, and Analytics Consulting

  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
  • An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe
  • Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
