YOUR ROLE:
As a Senior Manager in CI&G, your responsibilities could include:
  • Creating and shaping industry-leading business transformation solutions and delivery teams that differentiate clients from their competitors
  • Providing subject matter expertise to senior clients on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
  • Developing deep relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor to senior leaders including the C-Suite
  • Driving internal practice development, business development opportunities, and proposals to both existing and new clients
  • Leading customer experience-led business transformation for a client’s entire enterprise, touching multiple functions
  • Advising executives on the design of the future operating model, process and/or technology roadmap for their marketing and sales functions
  • Scoping, building, and managing project teams across multiple functions to align with budget and key financial metrics
  • Program management and senior level client communication across multiple project workstreams

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Minimum 8 years' Consulting or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience leading functional workstreams within a Salesforce program including engaging with clients at Director and above level
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An awareness of key methodologies, approaches, competitive landscape and market trends in the Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial and Travel industries
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation

  • Advanced degree in area of specialization such as business or marketing
