As a Manager in the Wealth Management practice, you will be responsible for Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives
Decision making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to review the evaluation of processes, recommended improvement opportunities and proposed roadmap
Managing large teams andor work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
Supporting and initiating business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture PointsofView, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
7 to 10 years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the wealth management industry i.e., front office advisor capabilities, client engagement, financial planning tools, wealth client onboarding, account aggregation, advisor enablement and adoption, compliance, etc.
Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the wealth management industry
Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint
Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements Strong communication skills and attention to detail Salesforce experience, Financial Services Cloud experience a plus
Previous management consulting, programproject management, conversion experience a plus
Bachelors degree required, CPA and/or MBA a plus**
Ability to contribute to a teamoriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
