As a Release/Transition Manager, you will be responsible for working with client, DME vendors, and verification and validation (V&V) vendors to define and manage the process and milestones that DME vendors must complete prior to our O&M team accepting the changes for operational integration. Define, communicate, and enforce the process that DME vendors must follow in order to achieve operational readiness. Define, communicate, and enforce the milestones and gate reviews that DME vendors must follow to achieve operational readiness. Work with the DME vendors to keep the O&M team informed of DME project timelines, changes to timelines, and tasks that require O&M team participation/support. Define the roles of the O&M teams in the DME project processes and follow up with the assigned team members to complete their actions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4 years of release management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with HRSA/HRSA Electronic Handbooks is preferred 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
