The Oracle Sales Cloud Functional Lead will be responsible for providing key business process support for the project. Primary responsibilities will be focused on delivering requirements, defining the business process, managing workshops, and creating functional designs. The candidate will need to be client-facing and can serve as a subject matter expert for key capabilities such as: account/contact management, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quotas, sales reporting, and sales performance management.

Define and document business processes for sales
Gather requirements and create both high level and detailed design documents
Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops
Support testing activities including: unit testing, system testing/product testing, and user acceptance testing
Team lead for onshore and offshore resources
Subject Matter Expert to help support sales and proposal work
3-5 years experience in, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience
2-3 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
Ability to manage teams and processes globally.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask
