Job Description
 
The Campus Recruiting Team Lead will oversee a collection of entry-level recruiting locations, business entities, and profiles. The lead will direct and lead a large team of campus recruiters; and implement recruiting strategies designed to deliver quality recruits while managing multiple complex metrics and SLAs. Will also provide day-to-day supervision to recruiters on demand and pipeline management, sourcing, candidate management, and hiring execution; facilitate regular status update meetings with clients, and recruiters as necessary; and collaborate with clients and HR to understand supply/demand and specific hiring requirements. As the point of escalation for the team, will serve as the contact for business leadership for issue resolution and serve as the first-level escalation point for recruiters to resolve recruiting issues. In addition, will provide day-to-day direction to campus recruiters on recruiting skills (assessment, selling, client management, relationship building, processes and tools).
 

Travel to multiple locations and universities as business needs require

 

Role Requirements:

  • May require overtime during peak season
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of Campus recruiting experience or applicable Accenture experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Supervisory experience or applicable Accenture experience

  • Technology Recruiting
