Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. While the specific type of consulting work they do can vary, it generally aligns to management consulting, systems integration consulting or technology consulting. 
Your Role:
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
•Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
•Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
•Interacts with senior level (C-suite, SVP, VP, etc.) clients and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach 
•Has some latitude in decision-making
•Acts independently to determine methods and procedures to deliver against assignments
•Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility 
•Manages large-to-medium sized teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets and technical/functional knowledge and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Specific responsibilities may include:
•Support and/or lead project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of Digital Finance initiatives 
•Create strategies and blueprints that define the finance operating model, process automation plan, and analytic insights engine supporting the broader organization’s future vision
•Develop Digital Finance strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems and recommending an approach leveraging Accenture assets
•Refine and optimize the CFO's ability to organize and analyze financial, operational and external information to create substantial shareholder value
•Encourage creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition
•Help clients improve their ability to drive business outcomes through digital planning, reporting, and analytics
•Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
•Work across the global Finance & Enterprise Performance practice to share lessons learned and best practices
•Develop and maintain contact with C-level clients, be a trusted advisor to senior executives and/or management on their business needs and issues, and organize and leads proposal pursuit teams, 
•Identify and support business development initiatives; participate in and lead all aspects of the proposal development process
•Develop thought capital and disseminate information around current and emerging trends 
•Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics, the CFO ecosystem, and broader marketplace
Basic Qualifications:
•Minimum of 10 years of combined finance and strategic consulting experience.  Experience must include:
•Significant engagement management as well as business, practice, and people development
•Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
•Demonstrated ability to lead key requirements workshops with clients for ERP implementation
•Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in implementing at least one of the following Finance ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Workday
•Experience leading a project and leading a project team of least 3-5 resources 
•Bachelor's Degree.  Advanced Degree is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
•Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, document requirements, and articulate the value proposition and business case for digital finance solutions 
•Experience with other Finance technologies such as Oracle Cloud, SAP S4 HANA, Workday Financials, Cognos, Hyperion, Tableau, Fusion, etc. desirable
•Demonstrated ability to drive new business

•Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients individually and as a member of an engagement team 
•Demonstrated team management and leadership skills (e.g., defining scope, setting project timelines and milestones, driving deliverables, identifying risks, and managing issues)
•Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic consulting projects with heavy client engagement 
•Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high impact change initiatives 
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
•Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)) 
•Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment (both with clients and within the organization)
•Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
•Desire to work in an information systems environment
•Strong desire to work in management consulting industry and deep interest in the financial services industry
