Key responsibilities:
 
On projects, you’ll play a critical role in all aspects of Project Design, both supporting and leading Design efforts on our most ambitious work. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is driving positive impact for the employees of Accenture by creating and designing experiences that enable employees to be at their best:
 
Some key responsibilities will be
  • Support the design and execution of research efforts to uncover and explore employees needs, bringing research design best practices to the fore
  • Participate in or co-lead Design Thinking workshops with our people to uncover their needs and drive innovation and impactful solutions 
  • Support the synthesis of research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how to improve our employee’s experiences at Accenture
  • Explain, discuss, and justify design decisions eloquently. Give effective feedback and direction members of the team. 
  • Develop experience & business strategies that place employees and teams at the center of the service/product while balancing corporate business objectives (human centered design focus) 
  • Frame and tell the story of design. Present the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. 
  • Help and support with the roll out of current Employee experience projects
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, business, organizational or industrial psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of Service Design including applying user centered design process across varied users and business problems by conducting research and ethnographic studies, synthesizing to generate insights, personas. experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints
  • Minimum of 3 years creating rapid prototyping methods such as interaction models, flows, and paper sketching, digital prototypes, and designing experiments to quickly test these methods
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience planning, designing, facilitating, and synthesizing workshops
  • Minimum of 5 years requirements gathering and communication between all design teams, workstreams and clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content design and/or business strategy
  • Ability to learn new tools and software quickly; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, is a plus. 
  • Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members
  • Willingness to broaden own skillset into adjacent specializations while refining mastery of primary skillset
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to creative and interactive initiatives
  • Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions and experiences (and vice versa)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation development and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
