Job Description:


The Location Facilities Associate will stock general office supplies and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending areas, etc.). The LFA may also provide technical support for AV equipment and perform administrative duties according to location guidelines. The LFA may also be responsible to coordinate/arrange basic office equipment repairs and maintenance with service providers. The LFA must possess well-developed communication skills and the ability to multi-task while balancing and prioritizing project work with daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


 In addition, the LFA is responsible for a wide range of services on a daily basis that include: greeting guests, assigning/confirming meeting space, arranging for catering, and equipment for meetings and general meeting preparation. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Independently complete a wide range of workplace location services and/or workplace operations.
  • Act as the backup for various Workplace tools/databases and related training.
  • Assist with audio visual collaboration technology troubleshooting and support. 
  • Act as a point of contact for external providers and manage regular contract relationship.
  • Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for a specific service within in a specific location.
  • Assist with request management as required.
  • Assist with moves, design and construction project coordination.
  • Coordinate and execute daily maintenance of leased office space.
  • Provide office services based on standards and requirements of the location.   
  • Serve as the backup for various Workplace tools/databases and related training.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED (±11 years)
  • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Safety & security experience
  • Audio visual experience
  • Mail service experience
  • Building maintenance experience
