Position Title: 
Program & Project Management Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)  

Program & Project Management Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)  (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Support the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or our clients. Develop technical specifications and related documentation. Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives. Drive continuous improvement of current processes. Provide production support and resolve incidents. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in technology project management in Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) Industry. Of the required experience, 2 years of experience must be in each of the following: Managing projects utilizing Waterfall, lean, and agile methodologies; utilizing Microsoft Project to track project plan progress and reporting; and managing release sizes greater than 100K hours with more than 30 cross-impacted applications that span across multiple IT towers. Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing agile-scrum and Waterfall delivery methodology; managing and delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solution implementations and releases; and producing project deliverables and documentation. 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
