Job Description
You’ll help the leadership team scale up our functional team part of the innovation and delivery hub in Austin. The hub leverages industry leading platforms to build high performing solutions for our clients.
Our clients are world leading organizations that are undertaking large transformational initiatives in the areas of AI, Decisioning, RPA, CRM, BPM and Case Management etc.
You will be working closely with our clients and will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing and designing end to end business processes. You will lead a team of business analysts and will be responsible for enabling junior resources through guidance and mentoring.
We can hire for this role anywhere in the US, if you are willing to move to Austin, and willing and able to travel domestically up to 80% of the time to meet clients.

Position is located in Austin, TX
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with business/process analysis, optimization and redesign.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and developing process-based solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SDLC (agile, waterfall etc).
  • Experience with digital transformation.
  • Experience with UI/UX or design thinking approach.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior resources.
  • Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
  • Excellent Power Point skills

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong requirement capturing and visual modeling skills.
  • Must be willing to learn new technologies and concepts
