Design all graphics and art for federal proposal submissions. Manage all graphics, artwork, and color palette associated with the proposal and secure relevant proposal artifacts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and create compelling and innovative proposal graphics
  • Maintain inbound, outbound, final, and draft graphics and art 
  • Maintain repository of all graphics and art, accessible by proposal team; responsible for version control 
  • Select/maintain proposal color palette and ensure all graphics and art are designed to meet color palette criteria 
  • Maintains compliance with graphics requirements. internal Accenture controls, external government regulations (e.g. procurement process) 
  • Possesses clear understanding of graphic requirements of the proposal and corporate standards of brand and other regulations, to generate understandable and convincing proposal volumes 
  • Responsible for electronic publishing of specific versions or proposal volumes as designated by Proposal Manager 
  • Assist with electronic publishing for all required material, including requirements, and graphic quality reviews, such as book check and other quality control activities 
  • Responsible for consistency in formatting for proposal content types, including selected text, tables and graphics in designated volume(s) or section(s) of proposal. Assists with version management of all proposal material 
  • Support Proposal Manager and Volume Lead in preparation for corporate and team reviews 
  • Transform complex technical content into modern, intuitive visual communication
  • Support leadership team with internal initiatives supporting the overall Proposal Response Team

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience creating proposal graphics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design; may substitute for equivalent experience
  • Excellent skills with graphics design software, such as Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to understand technical concepts and convey in Illustrated form
  • Must be able to effectively and simultaneously manage multiple, high volume efforts
  • Solid organization skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize; Ability to deliver client-ready materials under strict deadline
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Share Point, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Skills

  • APMP Certification
  • Strong record of supporting winning proposals
  • Technical background
  • Experience facilitating brainstorming sessions resulting in creative illustrations

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
