Job Description

Talent & HR Services consists of three sub-offerings: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Employee & HR Services. The Talent Development Services Capability Lead is the Global Capability Lead for Talent Development and is mainly responsible for globally supporting our growth and innovation efforts through providing subject matter expertise (in Talent Development as well as Performance) and industrialized assets to enable differentiated solutions, as well as driving increased collaboration and leading practices across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Talent & HR stakeholders to expand Talent Development Services in alignment with our market strategy.
  • Support sales efforts in a variety of manners 
    • Engage with client senior leadership teams and client whenever required
    • Present Talent Development capabilities and services
    • Conduct and Contribute to sales enablement with leadership 
    • Establish self as expert for respective offering/ capability and work with Sales & Solutions teams during the Sales Process.
    • Help develop solutions to meet the client needs in current deals while embedding innovations into our new solutions 
    • Create of client-facing materials to showcase our capabilities
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and proliferate best practices in existing accounts globally and provide SME inputs to these efforts.
  • Drive next generation offerings through embedding analytics/automation/AI into the capability.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams. 
  • Establish, maintain, and advocate a focus on business outcomes to deliver value across portfolio
  • Manage a ‘community of interest’ for Talent Development, globally to proliferate best practices throughout our base. Key responsibilities include creating/maintaining a global community roster, planning and executing sessions, managing a global collaboration community.
  • Utilize collaboration tools to foster collaboration and share best practices, increase visibility of assets, team and offering.
  • Develop thought leadership materials and Point of views which may include external publications and discussions with Industry analysts
  • Review & report partnerships in Talent Development and stay abreast of HR market and partner performance.
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of the standard operations processes in place as well as that of the industry, domain and competition to improve the way we deliver Talent Development Services to our clients.
  • Strengthen assets by updating our repositories, creating materials to be used by internal teams, client presentations, FAQs, etc. and increase awareness and utilization of assets via networks, both formal and informal.

Job Requirements:
  • Travel required - estimated 30%, varies based on client needs and may include international travel
  • Available for conference calls early/late as needed to serve a global team 
Basic Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR Delivery, account management or consulting roles
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure
  • Good knowledge of Talent & HR Value Chain, especially Learning
  • Strong communication and networking
  • Expert level experience with thought leadership, development, and client engagements
  • Experience and comfort working with senior level clients including C-suite
  • Experience supporting sales efforts including solutioning, client presentations, and RFP response 
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, high paced environment 
  • Previous experience in virtual working environment and client relationship building
  • Excellent collaboration and network building skills
  • Ambition to participate/present in external conferences 
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
