Job Description
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Provide overall leadership and development of the project management office within the Region.
  • Ensure that the Region meets annual, quarterly and monthly performance targets aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and that projects adhere to best practices.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly team meetings and one on one’s.
  • Delegation of work to Project Managers by managing resource availability, capacity, and skill sets.
  • Lead Project Managers to achieve better quality, consistency and oversight of projects, doing so by developing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, processes and tools.
  • Work with NA Regional Leads on project management governance around methodologies, tools, team structure, processes and responsibilities.
  • Overall management of Regions projects in portfolio monitoring red/yellow, CSAT, status, budgets, timelines and issues/risks, helping remove obstacles for their success.
  • Schedule/Lead Project and Account Reviews with Sales regularly with leadership team.
  • Engage with clients to discuss project health, issues, risks and escalation.
  • Client Data Protection oversight that projects are aligning to policies and are green.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and stakeholders in areas of prioritization, resourcing, assignment and communication of projects. 
  • Lead your Regions maturity through implementation of best practices, development of toolsets and processes, broadening the scope of projects/products captured from lessons learned, aligning with the entire business unit and organization. 
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to the Project Managers to continually improve accuracy of financial forecasting, project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and personal skill development. 
  • Management oversight and administration of key tools required by the team
  • Lead and manage the implementation project team
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
  • Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments
  • Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies

Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems 

Basic Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Minimum 5 years Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification
  • Experience with MS Project, and ServiceNow PPM
  • Ability to travel up to 75% 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting, managing and project management
  • ITIL V2 or V3 Foundations Certification preferred
