Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

The Test Automation Sr Analyst, with a future-focused mindset, provide technical leadership and strategic direction. They transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity . They evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Job Description

Testing professionals utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure solution quality before deployment.

 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Advise customers on industry standards and practices in testing and QA across end to end lifecycle of software delivery and execution. Bring the best of AI, Machine Learning, Test Automation, Test Architecture, Agile and Dev Ops construct. Be an industry leader and very visible within the software test engineering space. Create the testqa strategies and test approaches. Work with the projects architects, delivery and program managers to ensure consistency in estimating and understanding requirements. Define, develop and build reusable testingQA assets. Evaluate testingQA products and develop proofs of concepts for new, innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications: (Must Have Skills):
Minimum 1 year of experience in software QA testing
Minimum of 1 year of experience testing mobile apps, IoT Platform and / or Cloud based solutions.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with Agile Delivery
Minimum of 1 year of experience working on developing automated test suites leveraging one or more of the following tools:
Perfecto Mobile, Seetest, pCloudy, Headspin, etc.

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in one of the following:
- Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Protractor, SoapUI, Postman, RestAssured, Karate
- Test Frameworks: jUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Jest, XCUITest, EarlGrey

Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in one of the following:
- Java / J2EE, Groovy, Python, Ruby

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice to Have):
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration, including two or more of the following build/deploy/version control tools:
- Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, 
- Git, Mercurial, Subversion, Bitbucket, GitHub
- Grunt, Gradle, Gulp, Maven, MS TFS

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
