You are:

A sales leader with serious consulting and tech smarts. What gets you up in the morning is helping clients realize how digital transformation can make their companies do more, no matter the industry. You have the know-how to help them remake their business so they can take advantage of new opportunities – by pivoting to new products and services, new business models and more.


The work:

  • Work with account teams and business services teams to originate deals and hit sales targets

  • Identify existing clients who might be able to use more of our services and products 

  • Develop sales campaigns that match the needs of clients in specific industries where everything is becoming connected – from products and plants to operations and assets 

  • Work closely with our teams to help combine products in ways that help clients in every part of their business – and make sure we’re constantly improving 

  • Use tradeshows, thought leadership, client roadshows and hackathons to make sure potential clients know who we and how we can help them

  • Increase demand for Industry X.0 through leading client workshops and developing sales materials 

  • Provide sales support for Industry X.0 by setting goals with client account teams, helping create sales RFPs, developing value propositions and more

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 8 years’ experience selling, consulting and/or delivering technology services – or any combination of these
  • At least 2 years working in business development, sales or alliances in any of these areas: Digital Enterprise, Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing, Digital Asset Management, Platform Business Models, Design-led Innovation, Blockchain, Digital Workforce
  • At least 2 years working as a consultant selling Digital/IT solutions for R&D and Engineering (including PLM, Digital Twin or Digital Thread) or Manufacturing (including MES/MOM, Digital Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 or 3D Printing)
  • 5 years of Aerospace and Defense industry experience with effectively solution selling to VPs of Engineering and Manufacturing. 

Bonus points if:

  • You can develop relationships with new buyers and sell our R&D and Manufacturing services offerings 
  • You’ve had exposure to technical industry solutions across MES, PLM, Engineering, etc.
  • You have experience with outsourcing, systems integration, cloud, analytics, BPO, digital – or any combination of these services
  • You’ve developed and closed large, multi-year deals
