The Technology Consulting Manager provides consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understands and translates customer needs into business and technology solutions via the analysis, design and/or development of best practice business changes.
Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
  • Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
  • Travel:  It is our intention for our people to live where they work and work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel extensively.
Basic Qualifications
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the following:
      • Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) across Marketing, Sales, Service (including field service) processes for standard product and subscription-based companies; B2B and B2C
      • Experience with customer service processes related to: Customer Experience Design & Management, Customer Service Management & Operations, Customer Service Technology, Field Service. 
      • Experience with marketing automation and related business processes across journey mapping, demand generation, lead qualification, campaign ROI tracking
      • Experience with sales processes related to: account management, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, basic quoting
      • Experience designing user journeys and user experiences for applications
      • Leading and understanding large, complex global transformation projects
      • Understanding of CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service) leading and common practices across multiple clients
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the following:
      • Cloud (“SaaS”) solutions and how they fit into a client’s larger application ecosystem
      • Salesforce technical knowledge on Marketing, Sales, Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning:  Data models, technical principles, integrations, configuration and customization, technical architecture.
      • Basic understanding of Salesforce functional capabilities and features.
      • Knowledge on agile delivery methods, SCRUM/SAFE
    • Bachelor's Degree
