Job Description


  • Design, and lead effective implementation of recruitment strategies to solve for our organization’s top priority needs
  • Lead requirements analysis and implementation for recruiting experiments in support of the recruitment transformation agenda
  • Provide strategic guidance, enablement and thought leadership to our DTEs and GUs
  • Create recruitment solutions to GMC and SGI recruiting priorities – e.g. creating and implementing a recruitment Strategy for a new Operating Model or DTE, New Market Entry
  • Lead on other highly complex recruiting challenges – e.g. multi-country V&A, diversity challenges
  • Partner with DTE Business and HR Leadership, GURDs and their recruiting teams and other teams such as Talent Strategy, TSC and Learning, Recruitment Marketing to bring the recruitment strategy to life
  • Take the lead on recruiting experiments for the recruiting transformation, leveraging relationships with the GUs to capture requirements and feedback to ensure experiments are fit for purpose
  • Coach and oversee the community of region-based priority project recruiters, including priority setting and skills building through scheduling and career management 
  • Respond to GU specific challenges through providing insights (analytics and external), sharing best practice and co-creating new solutions with teams on the ground
  • Meet with Extended Reality new SGI Lead to understand overall vision and growth plans
  • Brief Priority Projects Associate Manager on an emerging V&A in APAC
  • Attend Recruitment Directors round table dinner on “Future workforce planning”
  • Conference call with recruitment marketing to brainstorm on Blockchain collateral and opportunities
  • Workshop with EALA GURDs and delegates to capture requirements for a new matching tool
  • Meet with Priority Projects Manager to understand current capacity and preference for future projects
  • Present Blockchain recruitment strategy to SGI lead and his Talent Strategists. Seek feedbacks for future iterations



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
