Job Description:
 
Supports Executive Compensation Lead and fills in for Lead when necessary in all aspects of team responsibilities:  Global Management Committee compensation, Senior Managing Director Compensation, Managing Director Compensation Administration, Compensation Committee of the Board agenda and materials, Managing Director Direct Hire/Ventures and Acquisition MD hire compensation approvals, Program Design, Wealth Creation Modeling, Customer Service to Accenture Leaders and HR Business Partners
 
Goal is to find successor for current Executive Compensation Lead who can learn and grow into ability to assume this position in the next five years.
 
Role Requirements:
  • Overtime moderate throughout the year, heavy during fall compensation administration season
  • Some US-based and international travel
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Executive Compensation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CCP designation
  • Experience  with leading a team and packaging information and presenting to C-Suite level executives.
  • Compensation program design experience. Proxy experience – involved in process of drafting the Proxy. Strong Financial/Wealth Creation/Compensation modeling.
  • Experience dealing with international clients and internal business partners
Professional Skills:
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
