People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

 

Agile professionals define an adaptive model based on greater collaboration and communication between teams; Agile is a cultural change that impacts people, processes and tools in different ways across the organization; based on iterative, time boxed and incremental approach, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing and cross-functional teams, Agile promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery and encourages a rapid and flexible response to change.

Agile professionals provide expertise on agile methodologies and techniques., adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems, understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals, use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture., Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.  Decisions often impact the team in which they reside., Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 3-4+ years of Agile experience
  • 2-3 years of Scrum Master experience
  • SaFe or LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Experience
  • Ability to meet travel requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Preferred Skills:

 

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent

• Scrum of Scrums / Complex ecosystem

• Agile tooling suite background (i.e. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central)

• Driven and proactive

• Great communications skills

• Good facilitation skills

• Experience working with distributed Agile teams

• Continuous improvement & team maturity

 

Professional Skills:

 

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
