Test Engineering Manager (Multiple Positions) 

Responsibilities: 
Test Engineering Manager (Multiple Positions)  (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or our clients. Develop end-to-end testing strategies in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies and facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance. Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases. Establish testing tools and standards. Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality and usability testing. Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts. Define Test Plans and entry/exit criteria. Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures. Lead other Testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues. Create test models (plans, data and scripts), including test data. Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work. Allocate test resources to application tests in a multi-test environment. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management. Responsible for contributing to the design of business processes within the capabilities of the Archer toolset to meet requirements from the business teams. Adhere to designing, deploying and troubleshooting Archer 6.x advanced workflow scenarios for eGRC applications. Develop Testing strategies for testing mobile applications and Business process workflows (Appian), and define standard practices for GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) and CSV (Computer System & Validation). 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies; Agile Delivery Management and Scrum Practices; testing eGRC applications in Archer Platform; HP ALM, Clear Quest, Test Director, JIRA, and Rallye; leading both QA and UAT Testing phases; and, testing Native apps and Hybrid apps on both IOS and Android platforms. Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: managing automation projects and providing solutions for complex requirements on test automation and process automation; BPM (Appian), SOAPUI, SQL Server, and Database testing; leading technical discussions, driving key architectural and design decisions; and, managing automation projects and providing solutions for complex requirements on test automation and process automation. 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
