- 4 years of experience in Contact Center Operations
- 4 years of management experience to include management of Supervisory personnel
- 4 years Operations Management and Escalation Management
- 4 years of managing projects to established service level agreements
- 2 years of technical customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- BPO experience
- Experience working with the Google suite of technology products (Sheets, Pages, Hangouts, etc.)
