The role of the New Market Development Manager is to drive sales and revenue enablement efforts for new and emerging products and other products defined by product management leadership.  Assist in the creation of product and market definitions, sizing, and targets.  Benchmark to product performance KPI s and drive revenue growth to and beyond established goals.  Drive the creation of effective processes and protocols to achieve operational excellence. Help open new accounts and penetrate existing accounts, engaging in side by side selling with sales team as needed.  Work with key stakeholders to operationalize and optimize pricing and bundling programs.  Draft content and value propositions for marketing Develop effective presentation materials, job aids and other reference tools for client facing personnel.   Work with sales and support leadership to drive the effective indoctrination and overall readiness of personnel.   Continually assess launch success and drive course correction as needed.   Generate and synthesize market feedback and help identify new opportunities for products and solutions.   Operate within established protocols for SalesForce CRM
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in new market development in a technology rich environment 

Preferred skills 
- B.A. or B.S. degree in related field or equivalent work or educational related experience 
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Management or Product Marketing 
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Financial Services market 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Title and Vendor management space 
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the creation and monetization of commercial networks with both B2B and B2C attributes 
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating within a corporate CRM Experience with Pragmatic Marketing framework preferred 
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time 

 Professional skills 
- Ability to facilitate a cross functional team 
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze product or process and make recommendations for improvement. 
- Ability to research and compile information for the purpose of recommending product and or service marketing opportunities. 
- Excellent PC skills, with the ability to learn new software. 
- Knowledge of key Internet related technology, language, and trends. 
- Knowledge of mortgage lending preferred. 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
- Ability to present a professional image to vendors, co workers, members, and executive management.
