Business & Integration Architecture Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Define, analyze, solution, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients' program/project specifications and objectives. Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications. Use a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements. Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describes the necessary system changes or new system features. Work on solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team. Provide functional support to development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to leverage and adapt existing methods and procedures, and create solutions.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Project management; business analysis including gathering business requirements, analyzing the requirements, and translating the requirements into a solution design; functional technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements that adhere to platform best practices; leading functional work streams, from design through testing and deployment, working with junior members of the team both on and off shore; assisting in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and setting schedule for development; performing peer reviews; and, Cloud Computing (SaaS and PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
