Identify and conduct communications activities to improve agent effectiveness and agent processes to increase customer satisfaction. Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones, and to explain changes. Help manage the tools used for agent communications.

Basic Qualifications 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelors of Science and 7 years work experience in government contract consulting
  • 2+ years of Change Management and Content Development experience
  • 2+ years of experience in with Electronic Health Records, preferably Cerner 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years Revenue Cycle Patient Accounting experience (billing, finance, general accounting)
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) (aka Registered Record Administrator), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other Revenue Cycle credentials
  • Experience working with Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions 
  • Experience implementing large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool 
  • Proven ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, while remaining aligned with the team message
  • Strong interpersonal skills across teams and levels of management
  • Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
