Job Description
This Boston-based design team consults on a wide array of projects, clients and work, is looking for a Senior Brand Designer.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience with brand print communications.  The core design responsibilities will be for leading the conceptual and detailed design packaging, product graphics, environmental graphics and digital for a roster of unique product, retail and food service clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Adobe Suite, Keynote/Powerpoint, Sketch, InVision
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Activating Brands visually and conceptually
  • Experience with Experience Design methodologies and tools
  • A willingness to learn new methods and tools for great design
  • Ability to put together design languages and communication strategies that drive emotion and meaning
  • Ability to design with a concise, clean aesthetic
  • A track record of strong project management experience
  • Ability to inspire and mentor clients
  • Ability and desire to mentor junior designers
  • Strong management skills to spread your talent and expertise across more than one project and team at a time
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Ability to work from the Accenture Boston office with up to 25% travel
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
