Your Role:


As a Consultant in Customer & Channels with a focus on Commerce, you will often be supporting the delivery of commerce transformation and consulting services designing Future Stores Digital Stores, or digital hubs

  • Apply your understanding of commerce and disruptive technologies in the front office of the client’s sales, marketing and commercial business functions
  • Engage with teams on the client’s sales, marketing and commercial business functions. 
  • Assist with solving client’s problems through traditional Commerce platforms, Adobe and Hybris Open source technologies and cloud-based platform architecture for Commerce Digital store or Digital hub concepts
  • Evaluate technologies in the Commerce and marketing space across multiple stages of the project delivery life cycle 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using source technologies and cloud-based platform architectures for Commerce Digital store or Digital hub concepts
  • Minimum 2 years of experience evaluating technologies in the Commerce and Marketing space
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to fulfill the requirements of this position
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience eliciting high level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams and use cases
  • Lead eCommerce and Digital Marketing functions across your assigned region; driving and implementing strategies and tactics to achieve retail revenue targets
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of technology trends e.g. Internet, Mobility, Cloud and Analytics
  • Experience within one or more of the retail, auto, industrial and consumer products industries
  • Proven ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends

  • Proven ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner to managers on all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and written and oral skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
