People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Job Description:
This role’s key areas of focus will be on overseeing the experience of our employees within our wellness and disability offerings.  This person will assess, help to support and evolve our processes and policies around the following areas of impact with our people:  Leaves, Accommodations, Life Changes, Mental Health, and overall Wellbeing.
Specifically, this employee will work directly with the North American Wellness and Disability Lead to reimagine the experience of our employees in each of these areas and help to enhance how we deliver service and support.  This role’s purpose is to help us continue to evolve our offerings to meet our employees where they are, however they are, to deliver high-touch service in wellbeing and disability/leaves.
In addition to this primary responsibility, this person will also be supporting other areas of the team including helping with our Ventures and Acquisitions, specifically focused on Benefits and Total Rewards, and manage special benefit processes within our Managing Director population.
Basic Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree
  •  Minimum of 2 years experience within change management, process improvement, employee experience and benefits
  •  Minimum 2 years of Human Resources background
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within Benefits, Wellness, Mental Health, Disability
