People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
Business Process Advisory professionals apply deep industry, domain and/or analytics skills to develop business insight, share recommendations with clients, and enable the implementation that helps clients realize business outcomes-such as revenue enhancement, operating cost reduction, working capital improvement and customer acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Management Operational Excellence Associate Manager (SCM Project Manager) :
  • Analyzes Spend for business case
  • Builds Business Case for Ariba P2P deployment and Coupa deployment
  • Builds plans for deployment
  • Collects Requirements and Documentation
  • Coordinates with IT to implement requirements
  • Coordinates testing activities
  • Acts as a liaison between Business, Operations and IT

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Program Management and Procurement
  • 5 years of experience with Ariba (deployments, configuration, UAT, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience working in the Health Care Insurance industry
  • Exposure to complex ERPs such as Coupa, RADIX, Ariba, Power BI, Data Zen
  • Procurement Certifications
Professional Skills requirements:
  • Ability to act as a Business Advisor to implement strategic plans that meet client goals and add value to improve Sourcing and Category management
