Our growing TMT Team is seeking an software architect to design and develop functionality utilizing Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.  This developer will work in .Net based plugins, the Dynamics web API using React JS and TypeScript and SharePoint API’s .


The successful candidate must have experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics-based business solutions. You will be expected to quickly understand the desired existing functionality and use your experience with Dynamics 365 core functionality and the .Net and web APIs to implement the system’s capability to meet customer requirements.   The candidate must have experience in implementing traditional Dynamics  business applications (e.g., service management, sales, etc.) as well as developing custom applications using the XRM framework.


TMT is currently deployed in over 35 locations with over 95,000 users worldwide.  This is a unique opportunity to design and implement an interactive user experience that will be used around the world and become the next generation of Task Management Tool (TMT) on Dynamics 365 and Dynamics Online.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the Dynamics API as well as REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
  • 7 years in-depth hands-on knowledge building plugins using of the XRM SDK and web API.
  • 7 years of ands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server side code, base modules, workflows, business rules, custom UI web resources, actions and plug-ins.
  • 2 years experience implementing SharePoint integration functionality using the SharePoint API.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Can work remotely, proximity to client locations in Washington, DC is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Web UI (HTML, JavaScript) development experience in React or Angular.
  • Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
  • Working knowledge of third-party extraction, transformation and loading tools (Scribe, SSIS, Informatica, etc.).

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
