Business & Integration Architecture Sr. Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Define, analyze, solution, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients' program/project specifications and objectives. Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications. Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements. Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describes the necessary system changes or new system features. Work on solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team. Provide solutions to complex business problems, which are implemented by the team. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Manage large teams and/or work efforts. Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate) in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 7 years of experience must be in each of the following: Cloud Computing (PaaS); Cloud Computing solutions including cloud computing strategy, systems design, and implementation; project management of Salesforce Data Integration and Migration, and Master Data Management; Data Quality and Governance, and Data Analytics; utilizing Informatica Cloud, Informatica Power Center, Informatica Power Exchange, and Data Warehousing; utilizing the following Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata; and, utilizing workbench, Salesforce.com APEX data loader, SQL, and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE. Must have at least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer; Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
