The HR/Benefits Consultant will have the ability to analyze and design client business processes specific to HR/Benefits and Payroll. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases to implement via application configuration. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2 years Oracle EBS HR/Benefits functional experience
  • US Citizenship required (dual citizenship not eligible for consideration) 
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate should be a quick learner that can independently problem solve, balance multiple work streams concurrently, and work collaboratively with the team
  • Agile Methodology experience 
  • Attention to detail
  • Business writing skills
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
 
 
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
