Use your customer engagement skills to provide support for a leading DevOps program on mission critical work. You will work in a collaborative team environment on quick response projects and will have regular contact with customers. We are prime on this work! Some of the duties include 1) plan and deliver newsletters, marketing materials, presentations and more to staff and leaders related to DevOps, 2) support the training team to plan and deliver technical training, 3) execute customer engagement initiatives such as needs assessments and measure satisfaction, 4) serve as an organizational representative to external customers, 5) define and implement KPIs and best practices. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years experience in driving culture change and technology adoption through communications, training, marketing and other workforce engagement strategies.
  • 1+ years experience working with senior leadership.
  • Able to work onsite in the Reston/Herdon, VA area (no remote work).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DevOps.
  • Experience working with software development teams.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Graphic design and UI/UX development experience.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
