Senior Strategy Consultant

Want to make a difference every single day? Accenture Strategy is shaping the future of business and technology and creating the roadmap for our clients’ futures. Join us as we ride the edge between the future and today, combining functional and industry expertise with an unrivalled understanding of technology to shape the way the world works and lives. Bring us your passion for the New, and Accenture Strategy will equip you with the experience, skills and knowledge to achieve your career goals.

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will help our clients lead in the New, by solving their biggest business challenges, on issues such as digital disruption, competitive agility, operating and business models, and future workforce.

Your journey starts in our Accenture Strategy Consultant Development Program (ASCDP), where we will nurture your skills throughout the internship. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with our ASCDP community, while conducting research, performing rigorous analysis, defining the case for change and solving business problems creatively.

Accenture operates in more than 120 countries, and the skills we offer our clients are vast – as vast as the cultures, ethnicities, beliefs and languages we represent. We are global, yet through your local leaders you’ll be able to enjoy a career experience designed just for you.

Your Role as a Senior Strategy Consultant
There is never a typical day at Accenture, but that’s why people love it here! Our Senior Strategy Consultants consult across business and operating model design, future workforce, go to market strategy and business impact of disruptive technologies.  Here’s how they describe their work:

  • Architecting Value: we listen, watch, assess, build and co-create with our clients – navigating them to new solutions, new ideas and working in the ‘new’.
  • Analysis and Story Telling: we use a variety of tools - Tableau, PowerBI and analytical visualization – to tell complex stories.  Our approach to storytelling requires more co-creation and socialization -helping client leadership understand what change will mean for their organization and their customers.
  • Response at the ready: our clients rely on us to help them respond to changes or challenges in real time, leaning on our capabilities in various ways in the life of the project.  Sometimes these are unforeseen things that pop up and test our limits, but they are often the most fun and where we build skill and knowledge well beyond the intended scope of the project parameters.
  • Relationship building: we seek to understand the motivations, needs, and truly human qualities of those around us on a project – both among our clients’ people and our Accenture colleagues – to build trusted, effective working relationships.
Your Experience: Basic Qualifications
Accenture Strategists are forward-thinking, well-rounded people with a record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility. We’re looking for individuals who can work in an open and entrepreneurial way.

  • MBA Degree (with a graduation date no later than September 30, 2019)
  • Relevant industry, functional and/or strategic experience
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
