Job Description
 
The Certification Management Senior Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining all certification collateral as it relates to exam development. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop program and operational solutions to promote client satisfaction with assessments and curricula
  • Assess and implement the integration of assessments, certification, and curricula
  • Identify, articulate and advance Certification and curriculum program solutions for meeting client needs
  • Manage all facets of the Certification exam development process according to objectives
  • Support curriculum map and program development processes to ensure client satisfaction and client access to learning paths and programs
  • Provide assessment and curriculum related input to establish and maintain best practices in processes, systems, customer support and reporting
  • Produces the test definition documents, certification blueprint surveys, exam items, borderline surveys, Standards setting method, cut score analysis reports, practice tests and study guides associated with exam development
  • Lead client, vendor, and internal resource management to reach assessment and curriculum results to support Accenture or external clients
  • Ensure results of work to both Accenture and client related to service level agreements, project milestones, and contracts
  • Support the creation of Curriculum Impact Analysis and Certification Impact Analysis components of Learning Briefs
  • Communicate results and influence leadership team to champion the development, deployment and feedback related to assessments
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience in employee training and/or skills development
  • 1 year project management experience
  • Minimum 6 months of assessment and/or evaluation development experience
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong certification program management and development process skills
  • Strong curriculum design and development skills
  • Strong Technical writing skills
  • Basic understanding of statistics

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work relatively independently and support others on projects as needed
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

  • Ability to establish good relationships with direct supervisor, peers, and all management levels at an external client level or within Accenture
