The selected candidate will work with senior client front office leadership and other senior stakeholders to define, deploy, and execute strategic and tactical initiatives in support of client imperatives related to office of medical services. Client imperatives may include:

  • Define and visualize business strategy. Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy. Communicate strategy to leadership team and workforce. Evaluate uptake and execution of strategy.
  • Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, incorporate ownership, minimize duplicate data capture/entry, and foster organization wide collaboration. Integrate re-engineered process with people and technology. Analyze impacts to workforce. Deploy process through change management initiatives. Operate and maintain process by measuring performance.
  • Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications.
  • Facilitation of discussions in order to collaborate and obtain concurrence.
  • Analysis of technology impacts and/or technology alternatives for proposed strategy and/or process changes.
  • Analysis of data model and system data elements to evaluate business purpose and business impacts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of client-facing experience with a Federal Government customer.
  • One year of business or management consulting experience.
  • Five years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to articulate and visualize messages.
  • Three years of experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze raw data.
  • Experience using tools such as SQL and reporting software to extract raw data and reports.
  • US Citizenship required, dual citizens not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business process re-engineering and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with medical services processes and policies.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
