Liquid Studios will be located in various cities where Accenture has a high concentration of clients who need software developers they can work with face-to-face, using Agile methods of delivery. This studio is based in New York City.
 Liquid Studio residents and client guests collaborate on development of “new IT” solutions using liquid software development techniques, beginning with rapid prototyping and construction of business applications, and applying the latest in design thinking and Agile approaches to interactively assemble adaptive applications from modular, proven components.
 Liquid Studios will also be able to take advantage of global centers of innovation to attract talent and creative energy from the ecosystem, creating an osmotic effect for experimentation using new tools and approaches and fostering an environment where new styles of working are combined with real-world challenges of building applications for the digital era.
 Liquid Studio teams will also be able to tap into the power of Accenture’s broader ecosystem partnerships, Global Delivery Network and Accenture Digital capabilities. We have more than a decade of experience in Agile and DevOps along with Accenture tools and assets that can be leveraged to enable continuous liquid delivery.
 Job Responsibilities:
Are you willing to come and shape the future of technology? At Liquid Studios we are part of Accenture innovation architecture working on helping companies understand how to apply bleeding edge technologies like AI, IoT or Blockchain to their business.

You will be working on short projects (our engagements usually last less than 12 weeks) from the heart of Manhattan in New York. Our engagements use the latest of DevOps, Agile and serverless to make sure that we deliver the value in no time.
As a Liquid Studio UX/UI designer, you will create engaging and interactive experiences to showcase a wide variety of prototypes built using new and emerging technologies and methods (cloud, AI, blockchain, mobile, etc.). You will own the visual look and feel of all applications, prototypes, proof of concepts, and mockups. Your excellent eye for design combined with your creative mind will constantly bring the latest web, mobile, and desktop design trends into the Studio.
Responsibilities will include:
  • User Experience journey mapping
  • User Interface design (responsive, web, mobile, desktop, IoT, physical, etc.)
  • Digital storytelling – video, presentations, etc.
  • Front end development (preferred)
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in UI/UX design.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience transforming user stories into actual customer journeys with their corresponding UI/UX designs
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in design tools such as Invision, Sketch and Photoshop.
  • A minimum of 3 year of experience using Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Design, Engineering, or Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design methods and trends (ie. Material design)
  • Experience with responsive design and grids
  • Experience in integration design and how UI/UX elements will correspond with the underlying backend services
  • Self-starter
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong communication abilities
