Strategy Summer Analyst

Want to make a difference every single day? Accenture Strategy is shaping the future of business and technology and creating the roadmap for our clients’ futures. Join us as we ride the edge between the future and today, combining functional and industry expertise with an unrivalled understanding of technology to shape the way the world works and lives. Bring us your passion for the New and Accenture Strategy will equip you with the experience, skills and knowledge to achieve your career goals.

As a Strategy Summer Analyst, you will help our clients lead in the New, by solving their biggest business challenges, on issues such as digital disruption, competitive agility, operating and business models, and future workforce.

Our 10 week summer program begins with an orientation customized to provide core Strategy skill training and introduction to the Strategy practice, our work, and our people.  You’ll take the training you receive in Orientation and apply it to serving our clients on their most strategic challenges and opportunities. Throughout the summer program you can expect to learn through you project work as well as through weekly social, networking and training events.

Your journey starts in our Accenture Strategy Analyst Development Program (ASADP), where we will nurture your skills throughout the internship. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with our ASADP community, while conducting research, performing rigorous analysis, defining the case for change and solving business problems creatively. If you rejoin Accenture Strategy and aspire to obtain an MBA, our Accenture Strategy Scholars Program provides financial support.

Accenture operates in more than 120 countries and the skills we offer our clients are vast – as vast as the cultures, ethnicities, beliefs, and languages we represent.  We are global, yet through our local leaders, you’ll be able to enjoy a career experience designed just for you.

Your Role
Our Strategy Analysts describe it best: ‘we help our clients think big picture and create future vision’. Here’s how they break down their typical day/week.  As a Strategy Summer Analyst, you’ll have a 10 week experience that mirrors this.
  • Work on projects ranging from business and operating model design to the business impact of disruptive technologies
  • Develop models, produce presentations, create dashboards, and write communications
  • Support project plans and business development opportunities
  • Participate in regularly scheduled team huddles to plan upcoming days/week
  • Face to face and/or virtual client meetings daily, synthesizing input, mapping capabilities to aspirations and making recommendations
  • Train, network, and share learnings with fellow strategy analysts and enjoy social events on Fridays
Your Experience
Accenture Strategy Summer Analysts are forward-thinking, well-rounded individuals with a record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility. We’re looking for individuals who can work in an open and entrepreneurial way.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date no later than September 31, 2020
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.3
  • Degree Type/Major: All majors considered
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
