The role of Marketing Capability Senior Principal will enable you to work with large multi-nationals across different industries and sectors.  Engaging with CMO’s and commercial leadership teams to explore their vision and purpose for the marketing functions in driving business objectives and strategies.

 

Typically, you will be involved in the following:

 

  • Assess organization capability gaps in areas such as Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Marketing Strategy & Planning, and Customer Engagement in a Digital Age
  • Co-create and shape Capability Strategies and Plans to drive learning and performance improvement in teams and deliver tangible results
  • Advise on customer-centred organization design and operating models
  • Design learning experiences, solution workshops and materials for a variety of learning/change programs (including face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms, e-tutorials)
  • Facilitate learning events and Live Action workshops, using our expertise to help participants develop skills and behaviours
  • Drive new business development through our personal network and new client contacts that often happen through referrals from happy clients
  • Contribute to our team spirit and unique company culture

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 8 years marketing experience 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience of working on world famous brands

Preferred Skills

 

  • •Held senior marketing roles in leading organizations with a passion and experience in developing capabilities in others
  • Well networked and confident in discussing the future of marketing with CMOs and CEOs in different industries
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative in spirit and able to develop new ideas in a fast-growing environment
  • Are you someone who can build big client relationships but equally get the work done yourself?
  • Can you make the complex simple and bring your critical thinking skills to problem solving? 
  • Are you able to tell a great story and take your clients on their learning journey?

Mobility: Domestic and international travel is required for this role, determined by the needs of the client and project.
