Job Description:
The Cloud Operations Citrix Engineer delivers a high-quality solution that meets the technical specifications and requirements of the project, and manages resources, as needed, to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. 
 
The major responsibilities:
  • Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration OS, databases, virtual networks, execution of scripting and monitoring automations.
  • Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration.
  • Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents requests.
  • Implement, support, and maintain Citrix XenApp farms with Citrix Netscaler & Server Virtualization technologies including XenApp hosted desktops.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Citrix XenApp
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with customization and packaging of applications for Citrix and Terminal Servers
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Windows Server admin and support
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related discipline
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
  • Good understanding of PC and Mac computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
