Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.


Job Description


The Project Manager Operations takes on the responsibility of helping Delivery teams plan and execute projects to achieve business goals. The Project Manager will help plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the innovation automation projects for client Delivery. The Project Managers will work closely department SMEs, client, Tech Team and upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. The Project Manager is responsible for the success of approved projects. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the teams to scope out requirements and delivery plans
  • Track progress, communicate status and the road map clearly to the team
  • Manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Be able to flex and adapt processes to meet project and client needs.
  • Create and maintain all documentation for projects.
  • Be prepared, see around the corners and find smart efficient ways to solve problems.
  • Help to cultivate a culture that is enjoyable, engaging and supports collaboration and a balanced work life.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED 
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience or 2 years of experience managing complex processes. 


  • Associates Degree
