 Job Description:
The Capacity Solutions PMO Analyst role reports directly to the North America (NA) Capacity Solutions Business Advisory Lead. This role provides delivery support across both existing and new Cross-Operations project offerings and the expectation is to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across delivery of programs and projects. In this role, the Senior Analyst would help to manage the startup of new projects, as well as to support the solutioning and pricing efforts for new pipeline opportunities. Stakeholder management, project governance and Operational Excellence are major components of this role.
The ideal candidate will be both versatile and flexible. The Capacity Solutions team provides a unique opportunity to work across a variety of cross functional, cross industry and multi-client operations projects, ranging from 3 months to a year in duration; projects may be local or they may be remote, requiring weekly or ad hoc travel. The chosen applicant will be staffed as a Team Lead on an existing project site in Austin.  The ideal applicant will be a permanent resident in Austin, TX and both willing and able to travel up to 100% based on available client work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports chargeable work around client projects within functional Cross-Operations offering / domains
  • Delivers efficiency and quality, execute core business processes and transactions with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Support NA Capacity Solutions transformation efforts
  • Schedule and drives meetings with stakeholders to document process pain points
  • Oversee the development of process documentation and understand the impact of changes
  • Provide real time snapshots of how much work is being done, how many resources are needed, and what kind of skillsets are required for projects
  • Handle inquiries from cross functional teams
  • Identify project needs; process necessary transactions and escalate issues as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and compile process information for Training
  • Identify risks and report to Accenture project leadership team
  • Apply industry knowledge and expertise to deliver industry solutions and business services, providing subject matter expertise, market leadership, and thought leadership
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting, implement continuous improvements Identify continuous improvement opportunities  
Job Requirement:
  • Must be local to Austin, TX
  • Must be able to travel up to 100%
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience in a professional business environment
  • 1 year of leadership experience
Preferred Skills:
  • PMO experience
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Work Planning and Management
  • Experience working in an SLA and KPI driven environment
  • Process Mapping experience is a plus
