Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
 
 
Client Service Delivery Associate Manager is accountable for the operation and delivery of an assigned service line across multiple clients. The position ensures quality of service is maintained, client targets are met and opportunities are developed to maximize revenue.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Act as right hand to both the Client Service Delivery Lead and Operations Client Account Lead
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships as well as driving delivery excellence
  • Supervises 10 to 12 resources
  • Individual will be responsible for continually meeting or exceeding the scope volume responsiveness accuracy expectations metrics associated with the completion of their activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 year experience in Customer Service and Account Leadership
 
 
Preferred Professional Qualifications:
  • Process Improvement Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Ability to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Client industry experience is a plus
  • Prior exposure to team coordination activities
