Job Description

The Training and Workshop Coordinator is responsible for the setting up of Workshops including room reservation, hardware reservation, reserving/scheduling an instructor and sometimes ordering catering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration management, which includes assisting with customer registration and open enrollment for webcasts, Skype, and onsite workshops.
  • Coordinating workshop details, such as meeting setup, catering, travel, notifications, communications, etc.
  • Facilitating user questions as it relates to event
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure logistics are executed according to plan
  • Managing multiple workshops in different phases at one time
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in project management or event coordination

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
